Rise Of The Moments
Ultra-sentient beings known as "Moments" continue to monitor humanity, even as they themselves make ready for the transition of the universe into its next phase of existence. Doctor Kerr is a human whose genius has brought about a formula that, in the wrong hands, could spell disaster for all life forms. Joe Splitts is a young man whose special ability to recreate himself makes him the target of deadly forces bent on killing him.
When the humans encounter two Moments designated "Eight", it evolves into a complex game of cat and mouse and begins a rapid chain of events that will endanger the very fabric of the universe. As the purposeful agenda of the Moment people collides with the freedom of choice accorded mankind, uncertainty reigns, and both heroes and fiends are made and broken. Someone has to die that we might all survive.
Life hangs in the balance, resetting the course for the future that will allow mankind to advance beyond the material realm, and Moments the opportunity to fulfill their ultimate purpose in the universe.
