My Soldier recounts the story of Bill Wheatly and Gail O’Hara, who meet by chance and are from two very different backgrounds. Wheatly, a Green Berets, is sent overseas and wounded in combat. While receiving medical treatment in New York City he meets O’Hara, a beautiful movie star from a billionaire family. Wheatly and O’Hara fall in love and marry only for Wheatly to be deployed again. Will their love last or fail, what lays in store for them?
